Please try:
Range1 = var _a = SUMMARIZE('Table','Table'[Name],"Average",AVERAGE('Table'[Score])) return COUNTROWS(FILTER(_a,[Average]>=75)) Range2 = var _a = SUMMARIZE('Table','Table'[Name],"Average",AVERAGE('Table'[Score])) return COUNTROWS(FILTER(_a,[Average]>=60&&[Average]<75)) Range3 = var _a = SUMMARIZE('Table','Table'[Name],"Average",AVERAGE('Table'[Score])) return COUNTROWS(FILTER(_a,[Average]<60))Then you can create a slicer with [Date], the output will change with the slicer:

Range2 =
var _a = SUMMARIZE('Table','Table'[Name],"Average",AVERAGE('Table'[Score]))
return COUNTROWS(FILTER(_a,[Average]>=60&&[Average]<75))
Range3 =
var _a = SUMMARIZE('Table','Table'[Name],"Average",AVERAGE('Table'[Score]))
return COUNTROWS(FILTER(_a,[Average]<60))
Then you can create a slicer with [Date], the output will change with the slicer:
