last month Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),previousmonth('Date'[Date]))

 

diff = [MTD Sales]-[last MTD Sales]
diff % = divide([MTD Sales]-[last MTD Sales],[last MTD Sales])
