DAX QUERY

Hi All Please can anyone help me rewrite this below query as a column. want to see Late or On time as a row.

        && 'Questionaire & App'[QuestionnaireDeadline] > TODAY (),
    "Late",
    "On Time"
)

Anonymous, format and if are wrongly placed. Also you are comparing text with int
