Dax Query or a different solution

Hi Team, I have this sample data where i have C Project and O project codes. The C and O Projects have dollar values like forecast, approval, spent, etc. Few C Projects have O Projects with the same last 4 digits for that related project. I have had the new column named Project O which has the O number in the row of C number wherever applicable else null. What i want is i want the values of C number and O number to be added....to show the sum of the two values. For example, C7088 has the dollar figures, O7088 has the dollar figures. I want to use Project O as a relationship maybe for the project code and have new columns which shows the sum of both the values in the row of C7088. Please refer to the example if that makes it clear

    DAX Calculated Column=IF(LEFT(Table[Project Code],1)="C",Table[ABC]+SUMX(FILTER(Table,Table[Project Code]="O"&MID(EARLIER(Table[Project Code]),2,4)),Table[ABC]))
