try to feed the filter pane with a measure like:

FilterMeasure =
VAR _value = SELECTEDVALUE(DimTable[ML])
RETURN
IF(
   MAX(MainTable[ML]) IN {_value, _value+1},
   1, 0
)
 
choose 1 in the filter pane.
