DAX formula SWITCH
Hello,
I'm making this calculation buy seems not working. "Argument 9 in SWITCH function is required"
Basically what I'm doing is that, based on the selection of a specific year, the formula selects a specific sumx
SWITCH(TRUE(),
[Selected Date] = 2025, sumx(FACT_Financial_Sales,FACT_Financial_Sales[Bx Expected QTY FY25]),
[Selected Date] = 2026, sumx(FACT_Financial_Sales,FACT_Financial_Sales[Bx Expected QTY FY26]),
[Selected Date] = 2027, sumx(FACT_Financial_Sales,FACT_Financial_Sales[Bx Expected QTY FY27]),
sumx(FACT_Financial_Sales,FACT_Financial_Sales[Bx Expected QTY FY28]),
)

Hi David,
It seems you have a rogue comma in your dax. If you replace the sumxs with placeholders values you can see the following:a = SWITCH(TRUE(),1 = 2025, 1,2 = 2026, 2,3 = 2027, 3,4,)
The comma after 4 is the issue.
So here remove the comma:
sumx(FACT_Financial_Sales,FACT_Financial_Sales[Bx Expected QTY FY28]),
