    Please try:

    VAR _a =
    SELECTCOLUMNS (
        FILTER ( 'FUFpermission', [Username] = USERNAME () ),
        "Area", [Area]
    )
RETURN
    IF ( "All" IN _a, TRUE, [Area] IN _a )
