    Please create a calculated colum (dont give space between table name and col name)
    calculatedcolumn = SEARCH("REC",'Table'[PolicyCode],,-1)
    Then create measure
    = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Net]),'Main Claim Data', [ClassOfBusinessCode] = "OT" && 'Main Claim Data',[calculatedcolumn] > 0)
