I solved it like this:
VAR Numerator = CALCULATE(SUM(Worksheet[ACT Volume]), ALLSELECTED(Worksheet), VALUES(Worksheet[Month]),VALUES(Worksheet[Category])) VAR Denominator = CALCULATE(SUM(Worksheet[ACT Volume]), ALLSELECTED(Worksheet)) RETURN DIVIDE(Numerator, Denominator)

VAR Numerator = CALCULATE(SUM(Worksheet[ACT Volume]), ALLSELECTED(Worksheet), VALUES(Worksheet[Month]),VALUES(Worksheet[Category]))
VAR Denominator = CALCULATE(SUM(Worksheet[ACT Volume]), ALLSELECTED(Worksheet))
RETURN
DIVIDE(Numerator, Denominator)
