According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) This is my test data.
(2) We can create a calculated column.
Working Days = NETWORKDAYS('Table'[Created Date], 'Table'[Resolved Date], 1)(3) Then the result is as follows.

What are the working hours? What are the non work days? Do you have a holiday table? Please share the same sample data as copy/paste.
