    try this

     

    Test = CONCATENATE(related(apdv035_ppap_dim[_Exist_PPAP]), ", "& (format(RELATED(apdv302_part_period_dim[ea_minus_40]),"YYYY-M-D")))

Can you try 

Result = DATEVALUE([Test])

 

Also there are formatting options on top ribbon:
