    IF('CCHHS Mammo'[Service] = "Diagnostic",
    DATEDIFF('CCHHS Mammo'[Date Referred], 'CCHHS Mammo'[Appointment], MONTH),
    IF('CCHHS Mammo'[Service] = "US Breast",
