Custom Table Chart idea/Suggestion

Hi.

I Have a requirement to show data in a table chart but with some different view(As screenshot)
Please find the below screenshot, the custom table chart is possible in Excel but in powerbi, The below chart is not able to acheive
1,2,3,4,5,,,,, is the month numbers,
Count of City code is a measure,
Sum of Sales is a calculated column

Any Suggestions to acheive the same format in PowerBi?

    Anonymous , seem like you need to measure on top, Sum of sales needs to be a measure

      Hi Amit,

      when i create sum of sales as a  calculated measure and use in Matrix chart under values sections , there is no difference 

      any help please?
