Creating variance within each metric grouping

What I'm trying to accomplish:
Per the layout in the screenshot below, I’m trying to get the data in the sample .pbix attached to display the same way.
Actual - in the screenshot is the CY - Current Year
Would like the visual to shows CY ,PY and vs PY for each category below:
- Lost ($)
- Lost (%)
- Retention ($)
- Retention (%)
- Total Revenue
The month is Jan -23 YTD
