Create Measure for custom visual

Question

Hello Experts,in photo attached, I used custom visual which is Merge Bar Chart that show markets, and divide each market to China and Non-China, I want to create measure to put in tooltip, to show the %.&nbsp;For Example: - Mineral market :100:&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;China: 20&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &amp;&nbsp; &nbsp; non-China= 80&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Mineral market100%= China: 20%&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &amp;&nbsp; &nbsp; non-China= 80 %&nbsp;
