Counting ranks

Unfortunately that would not work for me, as I have other columns too.

Example:

Category   Achieved

A                   >75%

B                   >75%

C                   0%-25%

D                   0%-25%

E                    0%-25%

F                    25%-50%

H                    50%-75%

So I need to speciafy the column within the table
