    Hi,

    Please check the below picture and the measure.

     

     

    fix measure =
VAR conditiontable =
    FILTER ( Plan, Plan[Contract] IN { "Own production", "Trading" } )
VAR nonconditiontable =
    SUMMARIZE ( EXCEPT ( Plan, conditiontable ), Plan[Contract] )
RETURN
    COUNTROWS ( conditiontable ) + COUNTROWS ( nonconditiontable )
