Conditional Formatting with Icon based on two different Values

Rosario , You have create an unichar measure and color measure
please find my example
Change logic as per need

)You have to choose unichar you need also need use conditional formatting using field value option

In order to get a better understanding on your requirement and give you a suitable solution, could you please provide more raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples?
