Conditional formatting a field based on 5 variables

Hi, I have been challanged with this one and hunted google etc to no avail and looking for some advice:

I would like to colour code a name field based on 5 different cells: Thisis an abridged table to make life easy, but I have about 60 names or so...

e.g.

Name               Date       Indicator 1         Indicator 2       Indicator 3     Indicator 4

Smith, John     23/3/19          3                          1                                            2

Low, Tony

Price, Toby        6/4/19           4                         2                         1                   1

Walk, Janine                            1                         1

Where values are present, they represent compliance to a requirement. I would like 3 outcomes if possible

There is 1 date field and the remainders are numerical fields based on measures.

1. Highlight name Red when 5 variables no values

2. Highlight name Yellow when 1 variable or more is present

3. Highlight name Green  when all 5 variables are present

cheers

    Anonymous Here is my approach
    1. Go to edit query
    2. Select all five fields and click on add column tab

    3. Click on statistics and select count values
    4. Close and apply

    5. Right click on the name field in table visual

    6. Do the conditional formatting --> format by rules and  based on the new count column created using statistics

    7. create rules for green red and yellow

Let me know if you have any question. If this post help mark it as solution.
