Concatenate colomns

Dear Colleaues, Hope your doing well ! Please could you help me with DAX mesure that can allow me to concatenate colomns. Please ci-example below : Thank you for your support

    There's no magic to it.  Remember that measures work on tables, not on rows.  To concatenate columns use a calculated column:

     

    conc = [City] & ", " & [Region] & ", " & [Number] & " - " & [Hour]
