COLUMNSTATISTICS ()

Does anyone know how to use COLUMNSTATISTICS () without Dax studio.  I cannot share the data because it is sensitive information.  I have approximately 96,000 rows and 20 columns which include but not limited to, the first and last name, date of birth, Test results, and Test date.  The original file has 82 columns, but I don't need the column statistics for all of it.  I also wanted to do this for another file that has about 67,000 rows and 40 columns.
