Cannot remove a null from my matrix using measure with not isblank text field

I am using a measure and filtering on a text field using the followinf measure:

 

MeasureName =
CALCULATE(
    COUNT('Table'[COLUMN1]),
    NOT(ISBLANK('Table'[COLUMN2]))
)
 
COLUMN2 is a text field and have checked power query and there is two nulls and one non null value. but in the matrix two rows are showing the one null that is showing does not belong to any data in the dataset as the dates are different to what is shown, when i use a date column in the not is blank then the blank row goes away.

      The solution is more a workaround than a solution but it did the job.
