Cannot find name (Grayed out)

 I literally have this same formula just a different column working. Why won't it work for this column? The columns have 1 or 2 in it which link to a conditional format for traffic light icons. I need the sum of just the 1s for a graph to compare a number of jobs to a number of filled jobs. Obviously the sum of both 1 and 2 will not yield proper results.
