Calculate Penetration

I have a simple table with 2 columns, one for states and one for total count of stores in a given state. I have another table that has a name list of my current stores in each state. I am having difficulty creating a measure that calculates penetration. I am trying to figure out how many stores I am in, in each market. I have tried this measure:

Store Penetration =
DIVIDE(
COUNTROWS(CustomerTable), -- Count the unique customers in a state
SUM(StoreCountTable[TotalStoreCount]) -- Total store count in the state
) * 100

Hi Figuringitout63 your part " I am trying to figure out how many stores I am in" seems simple to solve.

If you have "stores" info it should be simple COUNTROWS for some filtering or DISTINCTCOUNT applied for your scenario.

Please share your model info / tables, columns and what columns are needed for your case so we can eventually create solution.
