Calculate Overdue items
Hi, trying to workout what items in my table are considered overdue i.e. the date required is passed and the current status is open.
Each variation I try comes up with the following error

Your Date Required column is not a date type, its text. You need to change it to a date in Power Query, then your formula will work.
