Calculate average for selected ID

This is the example i want.  I have this imported in Power BI. How can i add this formula in DAX?

    Score expected measure: =
IF ( HASONEVALUE ( Data[ID] ), AVERAGE ( Data[Score] ) * 10 )

    Jihwan_Kim Can i also do this when i want to combine ID's? For example A & B?
