Average Grand Total doesn't calculate correctly
Currently , i am looking for Average in Grand total but apparently ,which ever way i write Dax my Total only aggregates instead of Average. In attached example the average that i am expecting is...

Super Userbipro-atlanta there is lot of data, would have been nice if you shared pbix file, unfortunately don't have time to go thru each and every sheet on shared dataset.
I uploaded the .PBIX File on the same location
The measure i played in two different format are
Test
AllocationTest
Both seems to be giving different results
