Average days in Phase

I have the tablex with the columns date (daily), name_id and phases. Each row corresponds a day, name_id and phase. I would like to create a measure that counts how many days on average a name_id sta...

    In this case 2 days, so 2 as result. When I have several name_id that progressed badges the average time among them
