Average days in Phase

I have the tablex with the columns date (daily), name_id and phases. Each row corresponds a day, name_id and phase. I would like to create a measure that counts how many days on average a name_id stays in a phase (important to calculate just for the ones who have more than one phase registered).

In the sample bellow it should calculated for name_id  "d567" from the phase "Middle" until the first day "Premium" appears.

    average can be very different. please help post some sample data with expected result to help those who might help you.
