Just as amitchandak said, you couldn’t use two Measures on x-axis, otherwise, you will receive the following error. To make this visual display properly, you need regulate fields as the error prompted.
Per the description, create the Scatter chart like the following would be a good choice.

Super UserGiorgi1989 , You can not use 2 measures on x-axis , but you can use one as a size
