    it will be easier to process this in PowerQuery

    NewStep=Table.FromRecords(Table.TransformRows(PreviousStepName,each Record.TransformFields(_,List.Transform(List.Select(Record.FieldNames(_),each Text.EndsWith(_,"_time")),(x)=>{x&"_copy",(y)=>Time.From(Record.Field(_,x))}),2)))
