In answer to a question asked elsewhere, this uses three custom visuals:

Cards With States by OKViz (Gallery)
Play Axis by&nbsp;Margarida Prozil (Gallery)
An undistributed custom viz for the digital rain.

I've loaded the PBIX. It's pretty basic with the Play Axis controlling a sequence that the Cards With States displays once you "choose the red pill".
