Hey sorry for the late reply on this! That's just an ordinary scatter chart - I made it into a quadrant chart by just creating an image with 4 boxes on it (I think I did this in MS word and then just copied/pasted into Paint!) and using that image as the background for the scatter chart.

If I'm not wrong, it is inbuilt Slicer visualization with dropdown instead of list.&nbsp;
