Reflex: Error accessing the artifact

  I'm getting the message 'Error accessing the artifact' when trying to open Reflex. Whould be nice to get some more detailed error message.

Hi James,

 

Just to give an update. A few hours after i send you the link, the Reflex artifact partly started working again. I got access to the Data page and the Design page of Reflex again. Only the trigger that should active (load the data) every 5 min (in this case) did not start working again. I still have only old data from a few days back.

Many thanks for the update Willem. The engineering team is investigating. I will let you know once I have an update.
