In Data Activator, access the telemetry data in OneLake or Event Hub. Filter the data for 10th May 2025 at 17:50:00 UTC to verify the temperature readings. Review the IT Admin changes made at 15:59:31 UTC through the Admin Portal under Audit Logs. Identify whether the breach occurred due to rule misconfiguration or external factors.

Manage the affected package and document the incident for compliance purposes. Assess the duration of the temperature excursion and quarantine the package if required. Use Data Activator to send notifications via Teams or email to relevant stakeholders. Log the incident in OneLake using a Data Factory pipeline to ensure package safety and regulatory compliance.
