Failed to Create Trigger Reflex for Fabric Pipeline
I want my Fabric Data Factory to get triggered when a csv file is placed in Azure blob storage.
I tried creating a trigger where I connected the Azure storage account. When I give name to my Reflex and click create, instead of successfully creating Trigger Reflex, it fails by giving the following error.
Request failed with 404 (Not Found):

Error message:
There was an error in alert creation. Please try again later.
How to resolve this.

As the tip in the error states, it appears that your organization does not have permissions turned on for users to allow the creation of Reflex:Contact your organization's global administrator to turn on permissions for your organization to allow the use of Data Activator in the Admin portal:
