Delay in receiving alerts
Hi Shihabudheen,
WHen you click on the object in Activator, you should be abl eto see how often the query runs:
The default is every 1 hour, and it seems in your activator it is offset to run a few minutes before the refresh.
If you change this to run more frequently, does it fix your problem?

Refreshed datetime is a columns which shows the last refreshed time, i had put the condition for the alert basis column
