Data Activator Set-up Complete - No email received
Hello, I have my reflex item and/or trigger created & started, however, no email?? What's missing? Recipient list provided, trigger started & email mandated completed.
Anonymous The event happened again with no email. The timestamp provided in the test email is generated from the reflex component. My SQL script catches the error with the right times, and it appears the application picks up the event with a timestamp that is completely off - but does nothing to send out a communication. (Although test alert renders a successful message based on all save points.) Can you advise anything on this as the application is not working as intended?
