May I ask if everything else you have created related to eventstream and Reflex is in progress like this one, if not then this may be a temporary issue and I suggest you clear your browser cache and recreate it again to see if the issue has been resolved.

For me the EventStream creation seems stock on connecting a source (one step after sliu7361's issue). It simply won't setup the connection. I've tried to delete cache already.
