I'm the tenant admin in this case, can confirm that the setting is not there (it's not in the new or updated settings either)

Hi dazfuller, 

 

Yeah that was my bad, I forgot these individual item settings are removed once something goes GA. 

 

is the workspace where the RTD is being created on a capacity?
