Dataverse Data (Preview) feature in Fabric RTI Error
I am trying to test the new Dataverse Data (Preview) feature for streaming data from Dataverse to Fabric. After using the preview option for source data from Dataverse, I can also choose a table and events such as Create, Update, Delete to track. However, when everyting is finished I get this error:

Hi Aavanade_365
Thank you for providing the details and screenshots.
The Dataverse Data feature is currently in preview. From your screenshots, it looks like the connection to Dataverse and table selection are successful, but you’re seeing the error "E0179001: Cannot connect to Kafka" during the streaming setup provisioning stage.
To help us troubleshoot further, can you confirm if Real-Time Intelligence items like Eventstream can be created in the same Fabric workspace? If possible, please try creating a basic Eventstream and let us know if it works. Also, if there are any failed Dataverse Data streaming artifacts from earlier attempts, please remove them, set up the configuration again, and check if the problem continues.
This information will help determine whether the Kafka connectivity error is related to the underlying streaming infrastructure used by the feature or to the Dataverse Data (Preview) provisioning process.
I hope this helps clarify things. If there’s anything I may have misunderstood any part of your query, please let us know.

Hi Aavanade_365
Thank you for providing the additional details.
Based on the information provided, the Dataverse connection, table selection, and Eventstream creation are all working as expected. Since the issue persists even after recreating the configuration, and the error "E0179001: Cannot connect to Kafka" occurs during the provisioning process, we recommend opening a Microsoft Support ticket for further investigation.
As this is a Preview feature, the support team can review backend logs and telemetry that aren't available through the Fabric UI to determine whether this is a service-side issue or a known limitation. When submitting the support request, please include the error message, screenshots, workspace details, Dataverse environment details.
