scatter shart deviding in 4 quadrants

is their a possibility to devide a scatter shart in 4 quadrants?

I want to make a kraljic matrix / goldmine analysis. The chart needs to be devide in 4 quadrants based on the average.

That is possible I know but then I want to give those 4 quadrants a color / name but that is nog possible I think?
