RACI Matrix
Hey Smudgers9. Here's what I was able to come up with using the native matrix visual in Power BI. I generated notional data for this, that's why the "System" and "Sub Categories" are just random characters. To save space and have the column headers rotated 90 degrees, I generated dynamic SVGs with DAX.

Smudgers9 how critical is it to be able to expand and collapse sections? If you controlled which systems were visible via slicer, would that be sufficient?
giammariam a slicer could work just as nicely to be honest. My only concern is the list of systems could be 100 plus so the slicer becomes very large.
