Q&A Page synonyms page won't show

This is how my Q&A is setup and it supposed to bring back a matrix when user types sales volume but instead I see a blank screen.  Why do I only see a blank screen and how do I fix this?

    I am encountering the same issue. Both with my own reports and the generic report I built for a PL-300 Udemy Course.
