Hi Genuiney666,
You will first need to unpivot the data - I would suggest reading this blog post, which covers the concepts of both pivoting and unpivoting using Power Query (M) inside Power BI. Once your months exist in a single column, you'll be able to add to the x-axis.
You will also likely need to sort the months into a sensible order - you can do this with a sort by column in your data model.
I would suggest that if you have reviewed these concepts and still need some specific assistance, then you can post your questions in the Power Query (for transformation) or Desktop (for visualising) forums, as this particlar forum is concerned with developing custom visuals (extensions) to Power BI and does not get a lot of traffic - the other forums are highly-frequented with many more people who can assist, and more quickly than in here.
I hope this gets you on your way. Good luck!
Daniel
To buttress dm-p 's reply, you essentially need to get your columns in the order shown below, which you can achieve by using the PowerQuery Editor and running the 'Unpivot' operation. You can then create column MonthNumber (1 - 12) using DAX to sort the Month column.
