Microsoft Gantt 2.2.3 late milestones

Hello.  I am trying to show my actual date is delayed compared to my projected date.  So when I look at the graph I can see the milestone/start date as red, then the others after today as green.  I have tried conditional formatting, milestones, but I cannot change the color.
