Matrix for Actual and Budget

Hi everyone ,

can someone help me to create this visualizatin in power BI:I  need to have a  matrix which

in product report,I need to have to totall Budget for each region in the first colum(for all products) ,the next colunms are varince between act and budget for each product in each region,the final column also shows the Actuall for each region.

on the bottom i need to totall actull for each product. I would appriciate if somone help me to solve this problem.Thank you
