MAQ Temperature and Cylindar Visuals not showing data on Web platform

Good Morning, 

 

I was hoping someone could help.  We've been using the two mentioned visuals consistently since November, and yesterday morning they stopped displaying for the web function of our report.  We have the basic service. 

 

We do have the visuals showing in the desktop version, which baffles us. We've ruled out firewall issues, and no upgrades were made on any of our systems over the weekend.  Is anyone else experiencing the same problem or know how to fix?

      Hello, 

       

      Thanks.  We ended up finding out what it was, but we still need to followup and talk to MAQ.  Before this weekend, all of those reports worked without us inputing a value in the MIN catagory. After this weekend, that is no longer the case.  The visual would not show on the web until we had a 1 in the Min value.  However, it shows up in Desktop in either place.

        It looks like a breaking change.

         

        I highly recommend contacting MAQ team to get this issue resolved.
