login reccurence analyzed by group

Hello,

I have a table with all my login connexion, date of the connexion, and the organisationid. 

It looks like this : 

I'd like to create a graph to know how many organisationid came : "1 to 2 times", "3 to 5 times", "6 to 10 times", "More than 10 times". 

So the result could be (with a bar graph). 

1 to 2 times : 1000 Disctinct OrganisationId 

3 to 5 times : 500 Disctinct OrganisationId 

6 to 10 times : 200 Disctinct OrganisationId 

More than 10 times : 50 Disctinct OrganisationId 

I need to be able to add a filter by date and by tool id (third collumn of the picture).
