Horizontal Bullet Bar Chart with label display
1.source data
| Category | Actual | LY_Actual | Target |
| A1 | 1000 | 1010 | 1010 |
A2 | 1020 | 1000 | 1000 |
| A3 | 1040 | 1030 | 1030 |
| A4 | 1060 | 1070 | 1070 |
| A5 | 1050 | 1055 | 1055 |
| A6 | 1010 | 1020 | 1020 |
| A7 | 1055 | 1080 | 1080 |
| A8 | 1090 | 1010 | 1010 |
| A9 | -1200 | 1000 | 1200 |
| A10 | -1100 | -1000 | 1100 |
| A11 | -1300 | 0 | 1300 |
2.Display
When selecting category=A10, the target value does not display.
I found this occurs only when both actual and LY_Actual are negative, and Actual absolute values exceed LY_Actual.
3.expected output
When selecting category=A10, the target value can display in chart.
seems to work ok?

LY_Actual as Back Bar Values, Actual as Font Bar Values, and Target as second Label values.
When selecting a single category, and both actual and LY_Actual are negative, and Actual absolute values exceed LY_Actual, the target label fail to display.
expected outcome:
The target of A10=1100 is displayed at the end of the graph, just like the target of A8=1010.
